Dianna White is an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner with a clinical career spanning more than four decades. She earned her Associate of Applied Science in 1985, Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Eastern Michigan University in 1993 and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2005. Her professional experience includes primary and urgent care, long-term care, post-operative care, chronic disease management, mobile and telemedicine services and substance-use treatment. She has practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner in diverse settings, including serving as the sole practitioner in a rural medical practice and providing value-based primary care to adult patients.

Stella Thomas is a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive clinical experience across primary care, behavioral health, long-term acute care, medical-surgical, pulmonary, pediatric and surgical settings. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialty and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health. Her psychiatric expertise includes comprehensive assessments, diagnosis and medication management across adolescent, adult and geriatric populations, with specialized experience involving depression, anxiety, mood disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, chemical dependency and psychosis.

At DWC Consultants, Stella brings a valuable combination of medical and psychiatric expertise to complex record review and clinical analysis. Her background allows her to examine both the physical and psychological components of an injury, identify significant clinical findings, evaluate treatment patterns and help clarify how medical and behavioral health issues intersect within a case. She also holds a Medical Coding & Billing Certification, strengthening her ability to assist with the review of medical billing and coding information. Her multidisciplinary perspective is particularly valuable in matters involving psychiatric and psychological injuries, chronic or complex conditions and cases where the relationship between physical injury, mental health and treatment requires careful analysis.

ShiCara Holiday serves as Operations & Systems Manager for DWC Consultants, bringing more than 20 years of experience across healthcare administration, medical-legal support, client services and business operations. Her background includes chiropractic office management, personal injury and paralegal support, insurance and billing administration and multidisciplinary case coordination. She is a Certified Paralegal with additional training in business office administration, medical assisting and phlebotomy. Her experience working between patients, healthcare providers, attorneys and insurance professionals gives her a practical understanding of the communication, documentation and coordination required to move complex matters efficiently from intake through completion.

At DWC, ShiCara oversees the operational systems that support the firm’s medical-legal consulting services, including case intake, workflow development, case assignment, team coordination, documentation processes, timeline and invoice tracking, quality assurance and client communication. She also contributes to SOP development, process improvement and business development as DWC continues to expand its services. Her focus is creating organized, repeatable systems that allow DWC’s clinical team to concentrate on what they do best: delivering thorough medical analysis and meaningful clinical insight while ensuring clients receive a professional, responsive and consistent experience.
